Note: This listing was originally posted by FEEFHS based on information provided us from Ted Weisenburger who met Dr. Yelizarov while on the 1996 "Journey to the Homelands" tours organized and led by Michael Miller of the GRHC at North Dakota State University in Fargo, and by Michael who arranged to have Sergey support the 1996 and 1997 tours in many ways.

Sergey is an Associate Professor at the Odessa Institute of Agriculture. They were very pleased with his many favors and his work for these tours. Michael says he is looking forward to working with Sergey again in the future. Ted and Michael highly recommend Dr. Yelizarov as a translator and as an Odessa, Ukraine Area Genealogy Record Searcher. He is seeking professional assignments and is qualified as a record searcher to conduct them.
