The following files have been created from The Slovenian Genealogy Society's Everyname Master Index of Church Histories, Volume 1, by Mary Lou Davison, formatted by James C. Davison.

This volume contains indexes from 26 Slovenian-American church histories. The books in this Volume II are coded AB to ZB.
  • Each name is followed by a 2 letter code indicating the book from which it was abstracted and the page number or numbers.
  • A small "p" following a number indicates a photograph.
  • The books were individually indexed and then combined to create the master index.
    Consequently there may be several listings for the same name.
  • It is the researcher's responsibility to determine if they are the same person.
  • Names were indexed as they appeared, some mis-spelled, so check spelling variants.
  • There are about 21,200 entries.
  • What to do when you find a listing of interest?

Volume I is also posted with a separate Index with codes AA to ZA. Many of the individual indexes were compiled by Mary Lou Davison, Albert Peterlin, and Susan K. Fenner.

SGS has been collecting Slovenian church histories, jubilee books, and souvenir booklets for ten years. We still do not have a complete collection. We welcome donations of church histories. Where originals are not obtainable, photocopies are accepted.
