Background:
 Founded in March 1995, C-RKB is a non-profit (section 501-c) organization dedicated to promoting Carpatho-Rusyn history, culture, heritage and current events on the World Wide Web, as well as providing people the opportunity to discover, learn about and discuss our unique ethnic group. Expert genealogical assistance is also available. We are the official internet hosts for Carpatho-Rusyn organizations world-wide, including, but not limited to: Web space for Rusyn organizations desiring to make their presence on the WWW is provided free of charge, along with complete HTML/WWW services.

Over the past two years, we have been contacted by Rusyns world-wide and now receive input from many countries and look forward to expanding to better serve the interests of all Rusyns.
