Volume II of the Slovenian Genealogy Society's Master Index was
compiled from 26 which
were labeled with the codes AB to ZB. See the CONTENTS page with
titles of the books
and their equivalent two letter codes.
Each name is followed by a two letter code, (which indicates the
book from which it was
abstracted) a colon and the page number or numbers.
There are few which read FC, IFC, IBC, or BC instead of page
numbers. These
indicate
FC = Front Cover
IFC = Inside Fron Cover
IBC = Inside Back Cover
BC = Back Cover.
The books were individually indexed, then combined to create this
Every Name Master
Index, consequently there may be several listings for a name.
Whether or not it is the same
person is for the researcher to decide. Names were indexed as
they were printed in the
books, some misspelled so check spelling variations the c, s and
z have been omitted in these
indexed because of the limits of our computer program. There are
over 21,200
enttries.
Volume III (which is in the process of being compiled) will be
another 26 books labeled with
the codes AC to ZC.
