The Familien Kalender was published in bound paperback, in format 9-1/2'"x 7" x 1/2"(+/-) by the Heimatbote (German language newspaper), published by National Weeklies, Inc. of Winona MN, as a "yearbook" or subscribers' list. The official name is " Deutsch-Ungarischer Familien-Kalender -- Ein Jahrbuch der Deutschen aus Banat, Batschka, Burgenland, Slavonien, Ungarn und Oesterreich, in Amerika". It lists subscribers by city with local address, origin, and maiden names. These addresses are from 1951, and are probably no longer valid, but they may help you find some descendants.
