Eileen Lund-Johnson

Genealogy has been a family affair for Eileen since childhood. Her grandparents instilled in her the importance of knowing her ancestors, a lesson that continues to resonate with her. Eileen has been actively researching genealogy for over 30 years. For the past 25 years, she has volunteered at a Family Search Library in Minnesota. Her specialty is German Banat research, and she has contributed to expanding online Banat forums such as Roots Web and Banaters.com. Additionally, Eileen has worked to obtain hard-to-find German Banat records for researchers. She is a past president of the Germanic Genealogy Society of Minnesota. She has published articles in a variety of society newsletters.
