The newsletter is dedicated to family history research of the German descendants from the Austrian province of Galicia.

Galizien German Descendants (GGD) welcomes all to become members. We started in October 1994 with two members and had over 200 members in 2025. Our group shares research and assists one another with search problems. We have begun translating articles from German into English and are printing them in our newsletters.

Published Quarterly: January, April, July, October, with each issue about 30 pages long.
Access to the newsletter and all our research is part of our membership fee.
Membership cost: US$5.50 per year for an electronic copy.
Membership cost for a mailed version: USA and Canada is US$31.50 or US$36.70 per year.
